Flagship automation
A distributed five-to-seven-person, week-long New York City billing-report cycle depended on repetitive file handling and manual output creation. I combined browser-assisted retrieval with VBA folder processing, paired Excel/PDF generation, and exception checks to create a solo-managed recurring workflow producing 150+ packages.
High-volume reporting
Existing dynamic workbook templates became unstable at portfolio scale. I replaced formula-heavy processing with staged sources, header detection, arrays, dictionaries, and static output logic—making a 51-column monthly report reliably completable.
Reusable framework
Formula-based templates were fragile and difficult to adapt when source columns changed. I built a query-driven Excel/VBA framework that ran Access SQL-style logic against folder-based CSV and XLSX files, then generated formatted, customer-ready outputs.
Internal support tool
Messaging teams needed faster access to consistent, customizable support content. I created a browser-based response library with search, quick links, feedback, accessibility settings, and local customization—all without a backend dependency.
